Marcie In the Sunday Times, 2nd November 2003, it was printed " AOL has the reputation as an eccentric and some would say Machevellian e-mail service. Lost attachments, disappearing messages and other strange phenonema are, apparently, regular occurrences" There was a whole lot more, too much to repeat here but I hope this makes you feel better. I received an e-mail yesterday in reply to an e.mail i had sent someone on the 8th Febuary, it had been in his contacts box and he had only just seen it. We spoke about this on another thread there seems to be no fast rule on this, sometimes you are notified, via your normal e-mails that you have received a messge through gc, other times it seems to go straight on to your contacts board, i guess the moral of this story is to check both each day, i had merely thought the person was not bothering to reply and all the time he didn't even know he'd had a message.
