Hi all,I just have to tell you about today...I laughed so much it hurt and still get the giggles even now Kate My daughter 29 and I went to pick her kids up from school. We passed a bakery and I said"what do you fancy"a sausage roll please Mum" she said. There we were walking down the road stuffing our faces and she said to me"what have you got to eat"I said"a cheese and onion bake" I used to love them Kate said but wont eat them anymore because I bought one for me and Dan(her husband) and he ate his before me and said "mind how you eat it Kate as there is a little bit of cork in it"this put me off she said and I couldn't enjoy it and keep looking for the cork so I threw it away and haven't eaten them since.I said "what are you talking about cork"Well she said Dan read it out to me from on the paperbag it was in.SO I duly read my paper bag and it said THERE'S A LITTLE BIT OF CORK IN OUR CHEESE AND ONION BAKE But what Dan didn't read was................. Pat F----- has been grading cheese at the d-------- creamery in Co. Cork for over 30 years. His Mature Irish cheddar is what gives our cheese and onion bake that beautiful creamy taste.. She obviously had visions of ...well the mind boggles maybe a slither of cork tile or the odd bit from a wine cork...Oh kate you did make me laugh and the tears they just kept rolling............... all very very therapeutic Lynn from Essex

Hi Theresa, Just thought I'd confirm what you say about Cork - both my husband's parents came from there and we have many relations still living there. I visited Cork for the first time ever last year and fell in love with it. We stayed at a place called Inchydoney - can't wait to go back again - how lucky you are! Jackie
