Hi Penny, They are taking about two weeks at the moment. If there are problems/refunds it can take slightly longer. If you know your COL reference number you could give them a ring, but the last time I tried I went into a very long hold queue. I'd give it another day or so and then ring. Rick. |

I know certificates are taking longer than usual to arrive from the GRO because of increased demand, but I have been waiting for two weeks now for a death certificate I ordered. Are other people experiencing the same delay? I beginning to think there must be a problem with it. What happens if they don't send it because it's not the right one? Will they contact me eventually? Penny |
