At last i have found the marraige of my Gt GrandparentsI was about to give up!My G,Grandma was a widow so thought they may be didn't get married but----- I started looking again and i must have missed them the first time around and went on to some one else that was a year ago then lo and behold I found them yesterday don't know why I didn't see them before!! So keep on looking all you who are about to give up!! Ann,Darlington

Ann You are so right, I nearly gave up last year but have picked the odd family brain again & again, it's funny how something comes to mind when you badger enough!!! The same as you, I started a lateral search, and came up with another rellie I'd lost. I think the mottto for Geneaologists should be Search Until Censeless Lynda

My Mum-in-law always insisted that her father's family were long standing 'Nottingham people'. After searching long and hard, even buying a few wrong certificates, I found her father was born in Fulham and her grandfather in Essex. It shows that not everything is ever what it seems!
