We have put our house up for sale this week, already had 2 offers, have sat in waiting to show someone round at 11 and they never came! I am fuming, someone else is due at 11.30, so they are late now! Have so many other things i could be doing today, so if you are viewing property and cant make it please just phone and tell them and put the poor person ( like me ) out of their misery! Glad to get that off my chest, have a nice day!

Hi Carol, My house was on the market for 7 months. I found it amazing how many people just didn't bother to show. I'd get up early to clean up and make sure it was tidy and spotless then wait in for hours. I do think sometimes though that they can't make it for whatever reason, contact the Estate Agents who in turn aren't there so they can't get in touch or the Estate Agents don't bother. We had one where someone turned up for an evening viewing we didn't know about which makes me wonder how many people turned up whilst we weren't in and another where someone didn't turn up, I complained and the Estate Agent denied all knowledge of a viewing. We have now thankfully had an offer, accepted, found another house, had offer accepted and is in the hands of solicitors. This is where the fun really starts! Naomi
