Hi all, I have some fiche I want to read, but no fiche reader. Someone suggested that they'd had success scanning fiche on a standard scanner. I've just attempted this, on a 1200dpi scanner and unfortunately when I try and zoom into the document to the level that I need, it's just a blur. Any tips ?

Oh yeah, you probably are.... compared to me Ha Ha Pam. p.s my bar at the bottom that shows me when the net is doing something has disappeared and the whole page has dropped so i can see a bit of my desktop. Any ideas? (I've tried jsut clicking on and dragging it up). And another thing, my outlook keeps asking me for user name and password (which it never has before) and when i put it in, the same box keeps reappearing asking me the same thing! Bet you wish you'd never come on here now... Pam

Hi Paul I remember seeing the thread your talking about. I think to be able to do this you have to have a scanner that can scan negatives. Karen
