Hi, I am having problems finding my grandfather after his marriage. I can find someone right name, right area, right age but still living with parents after the wedding date. No sign of the wife though. Is it likely?

Yes it is possible, my fathers' birth certificate gives his parents address as the one his mother stayed in before her marriage, i assumed therefore that after the wedding they moved in with her parents. Tricia

Hello Heather He may have been staying with his parents on the night of the census - just visiting for a day or two. Lin
