Tea for me please - gave up coffee years ago when it started to make me shake! I drink Tea from morning 'til night, (don't like it weak though) with glasses of water in between, and the odd cup of green tea if I feel I need a REAL boost.

I have coffee, milk, no sugar when I get up and sometimes one at work (otherwise I drink water at work). I usually drink tea with my main meal and then I will have one or two cups of coffee in the evening. Tea gives me heartburn unless I have had a good meal first. Don't know why! Mel

I don't drink either, well maybe about one cup of coffee a month. Haven't drunk a cup of tea in about 10yrs and my hubby works in a tea factory!

Never was very keen on tea, but went off it completely whilst pregnant. Will have coffee sometimes after a meal or to be 'sociable' but I'm not really a great lover of hot drinks at all.... except hot chocolate made with milk for breakfast :)

Hi. I manage a charity shop and all my elderly volunteers are constantly 'brewing' so I get through loads!! very rarely drink coffee nowadays. Read somewhere the other day that tea can help guard agains't cancer but you need a minimum of two cups a day, so thats my excuse, just off for more Quick Brew now! Lynn

How many cups of tea and how many cups of coffee do you drink a day? We always start the day with tea, that is me with weak tea without milk and sugar, and my husband a large mug of tea with milk, then for breakfast 2 cups of coffee, then in the afternoon tea again and in the evening 2 cups of coffee. If we have visitors then we usually have extra coffee. If someone asks if I want coffee, then I always ask if its fresh coffee, because I don't like nescafe!
