Keith, I did clean the rollers as well, actually they were disgusting! Jeanette, I think your right, going to have to get 'another' new one, the kids broke my remote one 2 weeks ago! Kim

Hi Shelley Be careful if you change your mouse settings. I did it at work a couple of years ago, set it to go a lot faster then saved. It was like the speed of sound!! so fast I couldn't click on anything, not even to get back in and change the settings. I had to ask someone from our IT Dept to do it from their end.I felt a real idiot If you do it, do it gradually!!! Lynda

Hi Kim, You say you cleaned the ball. Did you clean the little rollers that the ball moves against? When my mouse plays up it usually a build of gunk on the rollers:) Regards, Keith Sunny Cairns, Australia

I think my mouse is waiting for my cat to catch it! Problem is, cat is now in rockery, so mouse has a long wait!!! Tried cheese, but ! I ate it!!! and as for the ball! castration tomorrow if it still wont work! (hope it's heard, might work again!:-))
