I've not had time lately to use my computer; as a result my "sent mail" has quite a few items (87) that I haven't had time to sort and print. I also have been saving my "old mail" by tagging them as "keep as new" (around the 5th day after receiving them). (I am aware that it is automatically deleted after the 7th day.) My "old mail" is being deleted by the computer even though it was tagged as "keep as new", then opened. I've just confirmed that my "sent mail" is also being deleted! My son runs virus programs and supposedly we haven't had any viruses. Does anyone have suggestions: how to keep the mail from being automatically deleted; how to at least look at what has been removed so that I can either get the email addresses or print the emails. My dad is having some very serious health problems and I don't have time to take care of the emails right now. Would anyone know why my sent mail is being deleted and how I can stop it?

Lisa You don't say who is your e-mail provider but many of them have limited storage. The easy way would be to pay for more (if poss). You could copy them into a file on your computer... Bob

Hi Bob: I know NOTHING about computers. My older son does so when he gets home I will be sure to check out the storage. Thank you VERY much for the suggestion! Lynda: Thank you for your concern. I will email you "in a bit".
