	Steam will help clear the breathing. Put some boiling water in a bowl and stick you'r face over it with a cloth over your head. Some menthol and or eucalyptus oil makes it better but steam on its own will help Bob

	Vicks in boiling water and hold your head over the steam, with towel round head to keep steam in. Tricia
