I've always ordered online and apart from once when the order got lost in the system, they've always arrived within 2 weeks - till this most recent one. Still I have only myself to blame.

Hi Well i ordered mine last thursday so it's only been a week so far, i was told it would be 10 days so that's not to bad really. Last time i ordered it took 4 weeks to come but after 3 weeks i emailed them so they sent a replacement copy (for free) and .......... Of course they both arrived the week later!! Kath x

I live in Southport - the home of Smedley which is the main office for the GRO when ordering certificates. They have been advertising for staff to work a night shift. Obviously they must be really busy if they need to do this. Jane
