i've just placed an order for online shopping from Sainsbury's and the screen froze. Not knowing whether my order had actually gone through I phoned the helpline who confirmed that it will come tomorrow, however I never received the confirmation email. After getting through to the Technical guy, he said that I may have a spam blocker for emails from Sainsbury's. He sent me a further email but that hasn't arrived either!!! If my son were here then I'd ask him but he is still at college......please can anyone solve this? Thanks..Aileenx

Aileen I had something similar recently; I'm with BT Openworld and they changed everything over to Yahoo. It automatically defaulted to a spam blocker, and it was taking out things from large stores etc that I wanted. Have you had anything about this from your ISP recently? I know that to get rid of it we had to go onto the Yahoo site, it wasn't anything that could be done on my PC. Sorry if this sounds a bit vague, but hopefully every little helps (or is that Tesco - excuse the very bad pun) !!

If you kave a spam blocker (and it sound like it!) then it will almost certainly have a facility apply a "Friends List". You could add whichever companies you want and they will then be allowed through. Other than than just turn off the spam blocker! John
