My brother was a Detective Inspector in the Met. You would not believe what they have to put up with and the number of injuries they receive. Maybe they should withdraw their services fo a day (or maybe a couple of hours) then they would be more appreciated. Len |

Our police are great in Somerset, unfortunately just not enough of them. But agree with earlier reply - it's the courts that let the beggars off lightly! |

i find the police are great in kent. its the judges that are crap,they just keep letting the buggers off. no wonder we are all so dispondant. sandra |

The nearest thing to a Policeman I've seen lately is the speed camera's they just put up, they must be getting short of cash,in any case it looks like they could cause more accidents than prevent them,everyones too busy watching their speedo. Len in Gosport. |
