Yes i have i sent an e-mail once to a railway company with a complant and the person name was Ann,i also have a friend Ann and thought i had sent her a personal e-mail,just put Ann as the address as you do and did not look up to see address and low and behold it went to the railway company .I often wonder what this other Ann thought ,i did,nt do anything about it thou. Has anyone sent an email to the wrong person i have sent it to the wrong friend but i was able to phone then up and they sent it back to me |
