Morning Di, your garden sounds beautiful! its lovely to be able to create our own little haven of peace isn't it? No matter where we live. Ray has just been out to feed the fish in the pool, and like me they were eager to begin their breakfast. My friendly frog must be having a lie-in this morning, as there is no sign of him. There is a slight breeze and the tall aquilegia plants at the side of the pool are swaying daintily, I call them the fairies hat- stands as the flowers make me think of little bonnetts. said my morning thanks for being given the gift of another day, and offered up the wish that I do not offend God, or my fellow man by thought, word, or deed today. I may not succeed but am going to try. Love to all Terri xx

Gosh you were up early today Di. We were up yesterday so early so we made today our late day. Because I had made a note on the calendar to clean the car today, that's exactly what we did. We drove into town and cleaned both inside and outside - at least the machine cleaned the outside. I did think how stupid we were that when we get beautiful weather 23 degrees we were cleaning the car, but it was planned, and I didn't want to upset the planning. Anyway that is now finished for another year!

Terri, What a lovely thread. I do hope you have had a good day, its been great weather here and I have taken advantage of getting the garden sorted, cleaning windows and playing with Jack who helped of course, bless him. Now I am totally cream crackered and have just opened the bottle of red and enjoy the last of the sunshine. Best wishes to you Allie xx

Hey, I am no goody two shoes. When Life dealt me a very cruel blow I wasn't all sweetness and light. I developed an acid tongue, and hated the world. Then I woke up smelt the coffee and realised that it takes as much energy to be pleasant as nasty, but boy what a wonderful payback from simply being nice, and letting go of the poison. No I didn't get a heavenly visitor, or a religious conversion in the middle of Asda, just took a good long look at myself.

Hi Terri, We have had a beautiful sunny day as usual and the mist is rolling in so I think that we are going to have rain. We really need it. No dinner in this house today as we are having take out chinese and a bottle of champagne. Enjoy your evening! Thank you for being so nice! Lindy;-)

Terri, that's lovely. While I've got this chance to post a reply, I would like to tell everyone what a good friend Terri has been to me recently (and a few others of course). If anyone deserves a lovely day, it's her. :)
