Kylie why not have a word with the school - it could be that the sex ed lesson is coming up anyway. I think that here it is done at age 9/10 now. Personally I never knew a thing until those lessons at age 11 - even then they were just technical and the 'truth' didn't sink in until several years after!! Still, I made up for it later though!!! Anyway, also have a look at your library as there are loads of books now which treat the subject in a humorous but informative way - they would be probably in the 'teenage' section, or in the 'parents collection'. Don't envy you though as my daughter is 8 and once she starts asking questions she is on the subject 24/7! Have fun!! Maz. XX |

my nine year old son is asking alot of questions about the birds and the bees when do you think is the best time to tell them ,at the moment i have answered as easily as i can without going into to much detail i was 8 comming up 9 only because my mum was pregnant with my brother and i just feel 20yrs on it is a different world out there for kids what do you think? |
