I also play Freecell. Try to see how many games I can complete before being beaten. Record so far 35. (Not all in one sitting - I reset the statistics once I fail one) Minesweeper - not bad - can't beat 10 seconds though. Janet

No Chris, it's not sad. I'm a list maker too. I make lists of what the kids have had for Christmas and Birthdays and then get them to make thank you cards on the PC. I also work at the local hospital and do quite a lot of typing at home to catch up at the end of a week as there are never enough hours in the day. Also play spider solitaire and hven't made it past the medium level either. Pam

As well as some of the things other people have mentioned, I am a list freak. I love excel and have a grand prix list with formulas to add the results up every race and a list of the shows that are on while we are on holiday and which days they are on and then mark them when I have booked for them. Does this sound a bit sad? Cheers Chris

Hi again Sue I work 3 1/2 days a week as a school administrator so use the pc at work for most of my job, which I enjoy very much as there's a great deal of variety. Then I don't have too much of a social life because I have ME and part-time work is about my limit, so I spend a fair bit of time on the pc at home. I've really got into genealogy now, so do quite a bit relating to that, but I also enjoy keeping in touch with friends via email and messenger. I also do most of my shopping online (using the 'safe' big stores only though). I've never tried Spider Solitaire, but hubby and I have an ongoing tournament for Freecell. Anyone else play this?!

Valley Are you my alter ego. I do exactly the same on the computer as you and WinMX is my fav place for music as well. It is however getting harder to find the music I want due to people being wary of the copywrite laws. Joan Have you ever managed the hardest level on Spider Solitaire - Medium is the best I can do. Hi Donna, Not a lot apart from doing my family tree, but then it can't all be done from computers. So I was just looking to see what else to do, getting some ideas, Sue............

Hi Sue, I used the computer at work a lot before I retired, so now I do everything on the PC at home. The usual word docs etc, letters, memos. Paula and I run two shops, so I've learned to create a number of spreadsheets fro record keeping, plus Sage accounts system for our accountant. Also keeping in close touch with my children's medical charity, both in England and abroad. Finally, have developed some skills in video making plus digital photography (busy making a wedding video for someone at present), so that helps to keep me out of mischief as well! Philip
