well first thank you for all the help you give me, i've decided to volunteer at local centre helping old and young alike. hospital is too far away, get panic attacks if i go out on own use to have them years ago thought i'd got over it but was followed a few months ago, scared life out of me, had to go in shop and ask for help. so now very wearly of going to far especially when i don't know area well. usually wait till hubby as day off, well thanks again,ttfn mary |
