Joan, Try Enterprise*com. They have good rates. Also try Travelocity and Expedia. Another good tip is to take your reservation rate with you to the other rental companies when you arrive at the airport and ask them if they can beat the rate. Quite often they can and you get far better rates than you would do online. Crista

Jo, I don't think I'd be inclined to give out any credit card details on an insecure site (ie without the padlock). Have you tried looking for easyjet's car hire? Can't think what they're called, probably easyhire or easycar LOL

Have any of you good people out there had any experience's of Car Hire on the Internet? I'm trying to hire one from an airport in Scotland, so I put that info in the search box. However it's asking for all my details including credit card number, but there is no information about what company I am dealing with, also there is no yellow padlock coming up. Shall I abandon this project and use the 'phone? Jo.
