Lynda, I could get through 20 - 30 a day (depending on day) but now I'm just having the odd one here and there - it isn't crossing my mind that I want a ciggy for some reason. I don't understand how the hypno is working on me I'm just grateful it is. This miracle (well, it's a miracle to me as I'm sure all you smokers will understand) has taken 2 days. |

Dear Bridget Thanks so much for the message. I do hope you manage to do it, I guess (as having been stupid enough to have given up before for 3 weeks) the only thing to think is would I want to go through these 3 days again. Hey if you gave up Saturday, tomorrow is day 6 your halfway there!! Remember I've got it to go through, by then you will be well on your way. I do hope the Funeral was not too distressing, but I for one would quite undertand if temptation overcame you. Lynda xxxx |
