I am afraid I was getting a little impatient waiting for the OPRs and earlier census records due online Summer 2004, (I know though that it is not officially Summer until next week!!)so have sent a very polite email asking when they will be available. If I get a positive response I will put out the info on this board. Lynda

Lynda, I'm getting impatient too, so I'll be interested to hear what they tell you. We were promised this would happen last Autumn then it was Spring now it's to be Summer! Hopefully you'll get the news we're all waiting for. Bye Christine

Waitng for this with baited breath myself. Let us know. Mind you I emailed them ages ago about losing 2 lots of credit to view 1 cert and have heard nothing back!

Suzy This will give you some idea I think, just copied some of what was due for release, but to be more exact on images etc, you would be better going into their site and having a look yourself Births & Christenings: OPRs 1553-1854 summer 2004 Minor Records (Births) 1553-1903 Summer 2004 Deaths & Burials: OPRs 1553-1854 Summer 2004 Minor Records (Deaths) 1855-1953 Summer 2004 Marriages & Proclamations of Banns: OPRs 1553-1854 Summer 2004 Minor Records (Marriages) 1855-1928 Summer 2004 RCE 1855-1953 Index and images Summer 2004 Census 1841 Summer 2004 Census 1851 Summer 2004 Census 1861 Summer 2004 Census 1871 Summer 2004 Census 1881 Summer 2004 (these are images I think as 1881 census is already available) Must admit my breath is also baited, but If I hear promise I'll let you all know. Hi Folks I did get a reply, but it's not really good news!!! The 1871 census should be online soon. They have the images but are currently awaiting completion of the indexes. The 1841 to 1861 census are due for completion a couple of months after this. With regards to OPRs they have suggested reading the latest User Group meeting minutes in the "What's New"section to find out the current situation. Why do I have a feeling we are in for a long (and impatient) wait!!!! (:-((((((((

With Scottish ancestry on both my maternal grandparents sides, I've been eagerly awaiting news on this for the last few months. Hoping that it won't be much longer.
