Hurrah........ ntl have finally got my email problem sorted and have promised me after a 93 minute phone call tonight that i will be able to use my email service (after a very frustrating 7 1/2 days without!!) again from tomorrow. Only downside is that anything sent to me in this period has been lost/deleted...:-( So to Frances, Zoe and anyone else that has tried to email me since Tuesday morning of last week could you please resend if possible. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Yvette |

Hoorah!! Glad to hear it-hope you asked for a reduction in your fees based on your proportional loss? In fact they should be shouting you this month's fee for free, it's the least they should do. Anyway, haven't got much time tonight (my hubby arrives back in 5 minutes or so after 5 days away so looking forward to greeting him-enough said the better!!) to get a personal email to you but will DEFINTELY write tomorrow night with a long newsy 1.
