Ascots - were you there hiding under a large hat??

Every year I have to watch the horse racing at Ascots - not for the horse racing, but for the fashion parade of hats. This is a tradition which should never die. This is real English heritage! |

It is usually windy on Ascot days and difficult for the ladies to keep their hats on. It amazes me to see them in their flimsy dresses too, not fit really for the windy, cold weather. Nevermind, it's the show, isn't it? |
