Hi All, it worked!! got my subscription through today,keyed it in,i'm now protected for another year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! chris.

Hi, i've just emailed them,just waiting too see what happens, if no joy,i will look for a phone No. told them if nothing is done i will subscribe to another. chris. ps. but i'll get my money back first!!!!

Seem to remember last time I renewed mine I had trouble doing it online. Eventually managed to find a phone number for a real person who sorted the problem for me!! Good Luck!! Maggie

You should have had something back by now ,i suggest you both get on to customer support and say that it isn,t good enough.You renew for twelve months ,nothing else ,and suggest that if this is the best they can do ,you will install mc,affee next time.,it should produce some result as they fight each other for customers .Best of luck.Fred.

Hi Christine when i subscribed for norton anti virus i did it over the net with my switch card and got it straight away(did not realy know what i was doing) they sent an e-mail where i had to link to confirm and key in some numbers.What botherd me was that i thought it was for a years subscription but it only took me up to october(run from april). this has probaly not helped you. best of luck tracy

hi all, can anyone help with this,on 7th june i paid for the subscription on norton through my bank,since then i've heard nothing!! when i applied i had an email to say to complete the transaction give the details to my bank,which i have done,and they put the payment through while i was there. now------symantec say:allow one week for processing.once your order is processed,you will recieve an email conformation with instructions for installing your subscription, i've heard nothing so far! does anyone know how long this takes? and is there an email address where i can get in touch and see what's going on? thanks chris
