Sorry to hear that you are having problems. We do respond to all emails within 24 - 48 hours. If any of you have not received a response then I am afraid that we probably did not receive your email. I am sorry about that. This error is the result of previously cached files. This simplest solution is to bookmark the new website address www(.)genesreunited().co(.)uk (remove the brackets). Alternatively clearing your temporary internet files and cookies should resolve this error. For windows explorer select: Tools, Internet options, Delete cookies, Delete files. After this is done close your browser and then reopen it. I hope this helps. Estelle

oh tell me about it christine! i have had that since last week, two emails to GC/GR got no reply, though they wrote 3 emails to say they had improved their services. HA yeh that looks like an improvement. they kept asking me to register, my name ws at the top of the page welcoming me. its a bloody shambles since they played with the name. last night i could have just threw the whole puter out the window.

yep ,me too my ruddy finger is sore with hitting the refresh button every time i move along the message board.Fred.

It's once I'm in the site that it's happening, click on a message and up cpmes "Page unavailable". It's only happened since the so-called server upgrade a week or so ago: seems to have reduced capacity rather than increased it!

This also happens when the site is very busy. The server can only handle so much traffic - just keep trying off and on until someone somewhere just shuts down as you log on Badger Bill
