hi keren ive had a look on the civil reg on ancestry for you.the marriage of william edward oakes was to annie collins or louisa cooper?it took place in leicester,in march qtr 1902,which tallys with your dates was margaret her real name. what was her maiden name and i'll see if i can find her on the 1891 census, susie
