Hi dad, remember when you smacked my a--- for scribbling on the wall and again when I broke a window with the ball. remember the egg and spoon race on school sports day when you shouted too loud as you cheered me on my way. the first pint you bought, when I turned eighteen, my dirty mags you pretended you hadn't seen. arguments over politics, and choice of pals, advice on how to get the gals. ever open pockets, as I got into debt sometimes with despair, you often wept. oh but Dad i knew you loved me, throughout it all picking me up, if I should fall. I love you truly in every possible way God bless you dad, now and every day. Ray this is for you, with love from me. Steve and Andy xx
