Thanks for your replies. I never log off Bob, but I will put friendsreunited into my favourites and try it that way, just taken me ages to get on here, even when I want to look at a thread it comes up page cannot be found..grrrrrrrr Sue...............

I am having same trouble today. Normally OK. I also cannot access the Latter Day Saints site for Family search 1881 census etc. anyone else having probs. Sandra

Sue if that happens again, just click on family tree at the top you will come into the site

Sue,when you leave, do you "Log Out"? if so that could be the reason........ I always go by the "Exit" button and dont have to login next time.Bob

June, are you running ad-aware? I have to put in my email & pass word after running it, but by ticking the box "remember pass word" I double click and it automatically prints them,click conect and you are in. Bit of a pest I know but saves you typing it in every time. Pat in Australia.

Bob it really is annoying, sometimes i have to give my email and password and sometimes I dont, sometimes cant get on sometimes I can, there is just no pattern to it, it can vary within the hour,

Normally you have to give e-mail & password if you have deleted the cookie.

Hi Sue & June. I had this problemwhen trying to get on to the site through my favourites. I changed the title from Genes Connected to Genes Reunited, bingo, no more problems. Hope this helps. Pat in Australia.

That is happening to me too, sometimes I just give up and dont sign on

Anyone else having problems with this site? Every time I come on this site I have to give my email address and password, then when I finally get that done I get page cannot be found.So very annoying..............what can I do? Sue
