Sandra, Well done you! I'd like to be half a stone lighter so I can actually breath when i am wearing my jeans! I was weighed by the nurse today but it was in kilos, which I don't understand. I've just done the conversion to imperial....I DEFINITELY need to join you in a weight loss support group! Are you like me and justify eating chocolate cos you're in pain? I also justify it cos I'm anaemic, cos I'm miserable, cos I'm happy, cos I can't sleep, cos I slept too well.... |

OH how I'd love a few extra pounds I've Never gone more than 7 stone! WELL only twice and one of those is now 42yrs and the other is 40yrs I'd give any thing to be able to go shopping just once and find something to fit me I only take a petite 8 and I'm too long in the tooth for all the dolly clothes. yet I eat like a horse AND just cant put it on. BOB would love something to grab hold of HA ,HA, STILL I say nearer the bone the sweeter the meat eh??.JEAN |

thankyou everyone i am having a bad pain day today and it just boosted me a little bit when i weighed in at tesco. margaret your welcome to some of my excess can't remember what 8 stone was like jill thanks for the nudge on wieght loss i will look at it lol sandra |

took my son and his partner shopping today, and i weighed myself i lost 5 pounds this week, and i am chuffed to bits. only another 1 and half stone to go lol sandra |
