Message for Terri in London - remember Aqua Manda - are we showing our age? Like you love Ghose and Chanel 19. Also like Aqua de Parma and Bulgari. Clarin's Eau Dynamisante (red bottle) absolute must on hot summer days (when we get them) so light and refreshing. Also love Guerlain's Imperiale, but unfortunately can't get it here up North now, have to wait for trips to London or jolly's abroad.

My husband adores Acqua di Selva aftershave but you can't buy it in England anymore so we have to send away to the US for it! Anyone remember it? Green bottle/silver top? I love Eau de Cartier, Lacoste and Flower by Kenzo to name but a few! Does anyone remember Kiku by Faberge (1970s) or what about 'Us' deodrant with a blue top? I loved it when I was in my teens...Aqua Manda is something I'd forgotten about Aileenx

Sandra, Don't know why your mails are not getting to me - probably something to do with NTL. Try it through your contacts on GC, that might work. I'm gonna have to go out and test some of these perfumes you all mention - apart from tweed lol!! Can anyone remember Mandate aftershave!! Tracey

My mum used to like Poison - I thought it smelled like Flit Flyspray myself - so we bought her some one Christmas. My husband thought it a great laugh telling everyone that he had bought his mother-in-law poison !

Hi Tracey, Because I am ashmatic I have to be selective in what I can use so my favorites are: Quartz, Molyneux. Anais Anais, Cacharel. Chanel no 5 YSL Also, a no name perfume which my eldest son Daniel brought from Egypt. I use this at home as the perfume is very mellow. To be honest I have not been inside a perfume shop for years so I have no idea as to the new brands. Does anyone remember "Madame Roches"? (spelling) As a young girl that was my all time favorite, it reminded me of how beautiful Mum used to be. All dressed up in a strapless gown. Dad all uncomfortable in a suit, kissing the top of my head and telling me to listen to the babysitter. Goodness, Tracey! You have brought back memories from when I was nine years old. I nearly forgot as a teenager I was crazy about Elizabeth Arden "Blue Grass" Lindy;-))))))

Christine/Mel glad am not the only only one to remeber Babe. I hate poison/opium and think 4711 ought to be used for clearing the drains. Liz

Quite a nice one is Aqua di Gio by Armani - quite floral but not too strong. I also have the problem with perfume not lasting on me! Light blue is a nice one too. Can you remember when the Avon lady used to give free perfume samples lol!! They don't do it any more. Me mam always used to get one called Timeless. Another nice one for the blokes is Paul Smith. Liz, I remember Babe too. Used to wear it all the time. One that I really hated was Poison. My best friend used to wear one called Blue Grass and I didn't like that much either. Mel
