Jean, 1) open Norton by either double clicking icon at bottom right of screen or Start,All Programs,Norton. 2)Click on Options at top of Norton screen and then click Personal Firewall. 3)Click on Web Content at top of screen then Add Site. 4)Type - freebmd.rootsweb.*com (without the * and no www) and then tick Permit in the boxes on righthand side. Norton should then allow you to access site. Sue:-)

I've tried it even disabling Norton and still can't access it. Its a real nuisance and not beingmuch of a computer buff I don't know what to do about it. Any ideas are welcome. Mary

Can someone tell me how to access the BMD page without disabling Norton? Jean
