Hi Helen i hope you feel a better soon, i am sure you will beat it again, you have my support anytime you need it, as for the pain and weight i like you find it difficult to shift, as its so hard to try and do any excercise due to the pain. i am trying the eat cereal for breakfast and lunch and a small meal teatime, and last week i lost 5lbs, haven't weighed myself this week, but boyfriend did comment that i had lost some wieght, take care honey i'm on the end of the pc for you sandra

Oh Helen don't really know what to say. I can't imagine how you feel about your illness, however can i say think positive? It went away before no real reason to say it won't again huh? I have full empathy with you regarding the comfort eating - I don't think there is a cure, have suffered with this most of my adult life. All I can say is I started at the gym ( one just for women and is only a 30 min session 3 days a week) a while back and I look upoun it as a CHORE something that HAS TO BE DONE just like HOUSEWORK & LAUNDRY. I'm sure in time those pleasure hormones will kick in and I'll like it. Meanwhile I'm defiantly feeling better about myself. Helen much happiness to you and yours Debi : )

Ohh Helen how awful! All I can suggest (and I'm no good at it) is swap what your eating.....like have raisins, chop up an apple try to stick to fruit when your having a munch. Good Luck with everything Sheila x
