hi everyone thanks for all your messages of support,my daughter had the dog back to the vets today,he told her that the dog named tiny is coming along nicely. He is still givng her pain killing injections.its a good job she is very tiny if she had been any bigger she would have had more injuries than what she has got.what really annoys me is that driver,i just wonder if he would have drove off if it had been a child. you wouldn't want to know the names i called him. thanks once again sue

Susan, I'm so sorry to hear of this dreadful accident and hope that the dog recovers. What makes me so mad is the selfish drivers that we have on our roads today. They put every one's life at risk and don't care a fig. Jo.

Of course I will send prayers and healing to your daughter's dog. Ask the vet if you can give the dog some homoeopathic Arnica it will speed up recovery and deal with the shock the poor darling must be in. In does not interfere with any medication from the vet. My cat got run over and had a broken spine. broken tail and crushed paw. I gave her Arnica several times a day and she recovered good as new and didn't lose her tail.

Hi Sue, I know exactly how you must be feeling,as it was only a week ago, that we lost our lovely Jazz to a heart attack, while she was in the vets on a drip. We are still totally devastated. We will of course say a prayer for the poor dog tonight, and for you and your daughter. Barry and Jan

Oh Sue, I do hope the dog is ok and makes a quick recovery. Just be honest with the children and let them know what is going on. They are more resiliant than us oldies and can take the knocks a lot easier sometimes. Good luck, Jacky:-)

My daughters dog was run over today by a stupid driver that was speeding down her road, the dog was having a pee in the gutter while my daughter had hold of the lead, the car wheel knocked her right between the wheels and she was bowled over 3 times under the car.the car driver didn't even stop further down the road, but a kind driver stopped his car pulled up and picked her up,she had to be rushed to the vets because the driver that stopped thought she had broken her leg,but no such luck.the vet says she could have internal bleeding but they are not sure.she has cuts on her legs and on her head.but it is my 4 grandaughters age range 18months to 7yrs old that i am worried about because they love her to bits and if any thing happened to the dog they would be fretting. sue
