I know exactly what you mean, I am losing again now about 1 stone so far. Talk about hard work. I am starting to do dog agility with my "baby" so hopefully the extra exercise will help. I do go to slimming world, as I find it easier to follow, if I could get a spare book I would gladly send one to you. Good luck, and think positive. My inspriation is my sister she has now lost 3 stone!!! Rebecca

Hi Fee Just a little suggestion - not brilliant I'm afraid! - but I did Slimming World and it was great .... yes you can take your baby. Although it's a great support, you don't have to stay for the whole class, you can just go and get weighed and chat to a few people during the weigh-in. Lots of people had children in tow when I went. Good luck, Mandy :)

I would be grateful for any help at all, since having our wee son ten months ago,I tend to nibble at food all day,I guess I am bored with no adult conversation and its easy to eat and eat and its only when you cant get into your clothes and see yourself in a mirror that you get a short shap shock!

Mandy's right you can take the little one, a lot do to my class. I have to go, if I don't the weight goes back on again far to easily. A little bit of support goes a long way.

Thanks everyone.I did the cereal diet in february and march, found it easy then and lost nearly two stone but I was getting mood swings with it and had to stop.May give it a try again but I may now go to Slimming world for that bit of outside support.

hi fee b going back a few years i was 18 stone after having one of my kids then went to the doctors cos i was getting very breathless,he told me DIET OR GO FOR SMALLER PORTIONS, i lost 8 stone in a year i just had smaller portions and also if i wanted a snack "chopped up carrots, celery and fruit"no biscuits/chocolate or cakes,i managed to do it but it was hard on my own and am pleased to say i still only weigh 10st 2lbs. you can do it , good luck sue

Don't go on any silly fad diets, because the weight tends to come back again. The simplest way to stop snacking is just not buying salty, sugary, fatty snacks!
