Cats produce their kittens after about 64 days. So how long do you think she has Pinkie?

She should have about two weeks to go then Pinkie. You should have noticed her eating more and looking about for a place to have the kittens. Somewhere private and warm and away from her boyfriend! One word of advice though. Please, please make sure that when you rehome the kittens, make sure the new owners understand that a kitten can live somewhere between 15 and 20 years, they only stay kittens for a short time. Thats a big responsibility. Okay lecture over lol have fun with them, while you have them. Take care, Eileen

Hi Tina - I think she would be quite plump by now if she were having kittens - you would be able to feel them kicking too. Guess you'll have to introduce her to another boyfriend :-(( When our old cat was in kit, she tried to get through her regular hole in the fence and got stuck!! We put newspaper in all her 'favourite places' and made them cosy- and where did she have her kittens?? laying across my feet in the living room!! Hope you get to be a kitty granny soon xx

Hi Pinkie! My brother's cat recently had kittens, and she was much rounder in the tum, she ate like it was going out of fashion, and she cried constantly. She also started 'nesting' just before giving birth. Hope this helps! But if not, you will know for sure pretty soon when she gives birth! Mandy :))

Take it to the vet. Easy. That's what we did when the stray we found turned out to be pregant. 5 she had. All have bright blue eyes for a few weeks. Very playful as well, but dont touch or the mum will kill them.

Pinkie, is she "eating for two", doing even less than normal and expect to be waited on hand and foot? If so then that's what women do. (gone to hide) Bob

tina what alovely name you chose pinkie, i like it. my daughter stephanie 16 is waiting for her cat to have kittens at the moment she looks like she's swallowed a rugby ball. So i think it'll be end july beginning of august. You could always take your cat to the vets, they should be able to give you a rough idea if she is with kitten lol sandra

Reminds me of when we were in Nigeria. A friend of ours who is professor in animal doctrine (I don't know the exact English word here), told us that our newly acquired moggies were male. Well, we had a brother and a sister, and guess what - yes, they had little ones. Sylvia
