I am so sorry to hear your news. People don't always realise that a pet becomes a part of the family and when they die how much it can upset you. Chin up Mags xx

Louise, thinking of you, when it happens suddenly it is painful. We lost one of ours to a brain haemorrage, there was nothing we could do, but at least we knew what had happened to him. Think of all the good times. They are part of the family. hugs Ros

louise The same thing happened to my cat last year, his back legs went from under him we took him to the vets, and he ended up on a drip for about 5 days he regained the use of his legs but went down again a fortnight later this time he didnt recover, it was so sad I had had him since he was born I still have his sister. The vet told us that it was a blood clot, I think it must be like a thrombosis he was 13 years old. I know how you are feeling. Freda

So sorry to hear your sad news. Its such a shock when it is sudden like that. Glad though that it was over quickly because watching them linger on is so upsetting. Take care and best wishes the family, Eileen
