Catherine I am on Broadband,,,no pop-ups but a load of junk. Iv checked my settings and there is no options too block spam,Looks like im stuck with it, The danger is that i can easily delete a 'good' e-mail as i can be bothered to wade through all the junk,

I,m suprised you are still having trouble Claie ,zone alarm and spyware nuker work great for me.suggest you get on to ntl support and ask them to sort it for you ,after all ,it,s in their interest to keep customers happy ,a change of user name will help but is a hassle.best of luck.p/s ,if ntl won,t help give Judy a bell ,she can help if anyone can.Fred.

Well iv downloaded the free thing from zone alarm and its not made a lot of difference,,,im still getting loads of rubbish including vile pictures,,im not sure where to go to from here unless i open another e-mail account and get everyone i know to e-mail to that one,Then i can just delete the other stuff without seeing it,What a bottom pain this is,,

Maureen is spot on Claire Zone alarm is one of the best fire walls around ,and the free version will sort out the spam for you.Fred.

Claire, have you downloaded free ZONEALARM. I was tortured with pop ups spam viruses etc. In the end I had to have the computer wiped clean. Then I downloaded ZONEALARM and have'nt had any trouble at all.

Im on Broadband,,,does anyone know how i can change my e-mail address as Im sick to the death of spam.The e-mail filter thing is rubbish,and its pointless blocking address's , more just appear.
