Member Since: March 2004 Posts: 320 Send Message	How would one take action against an individual who is constantly making derogatory comments about another individual via letters to a goverment organisation,implying that the person is providng false information and basically trying to blacken them as individuals?Any comments would be appreciated.

Member Since: January 0001 Posts: 0 Send Message	if its written down it is libel, not slander. But if it goes to court the onus is on the libelled person to prove libel.
