im ntl and its working fine ,i have to say in there defence iv never had any problems with them we have been with them for 3 years,but the internet is like cars great till they go wrong. karen

Sandra Husband (separate e-mail address) and self had problems on Friday and Saturday, but its sorted now and seems to be working fine. I'd contact ntl and give them hell!

I couldn't download any e-mails at all from NTL on Saturday (31/07)!! Also if somebody sends me a large e-mail (photograhs etc.) I struggle to download them . . . . . this never used to happen with NTL. I have often thought of changing from NTL to another server, any suggestions?

hiya still cant get my e-mails its doing my head in big time is it only me now
