Lisa It ain't that bad, just rather run down. They are, however taking steps to make improvements at long last. Wouldn't move from here coz our house looks over some grass and then the sea. Lovely. Mind, I am only an adopted Southerner. Originally born and bought-up in Malvern |

gerry whats wrong with margate?is it too overpopulated with tourists.?why don't you move back here then if you hate it so much.would be nice to have another g.c member in the area. |

Lisa I used to live in Waterlooville and worked in Telephone House in Elm Grove, so not far from where you are!! As you can I still live by the sea, but near Margate |

no you can't beat the south of england.used to live in hertfordshire for twelve years and got homesick.came back to southsea abd would never move again. |

Hi Lisa, I was born in Brighton, moved to Crawley at the age of 18 months in 1954 and moved to Nottinghamshire in 2000. Notts is OK but it isn't Sussex. Pam |

As i was born in bucks i think i can claim to be a southerner,loads of others out there too but they must be shy ,or on holiday.Ahem,Terri, that only puts us in the home counties NOt the north of england lol.Fred. |
