Hi Pete. This probably doesn't help too much, but I found four listings for Alan Wheatley in the telephone directory; three in British Columbia and one in Ontario (perhaps one of them could be a son?): http://www(.)canada411.ca/ remove ( ) I'll try to come up with other ideas; too early in the morning for me to think :~)

I tried to find an old Navy friend (Alan Wheatley)who emigrated to Canada just after the war, about 1950 or so. I know he went to Moosonnee and was a vice principal at a missionary college there. He married an American girl teacher and had a family but on leaving Moosonnee the trail ends. The school has records of his time there but know nothing of what became of him later. What sources, if any, are there to enquire from? Pete Wilde
