My daughter had her third daughter on her sitting room floor cos the midwife didn't get there in time,even my husband and I got there before the midwife and we lived 13 miles from them and was just in time to help my son-in-law deliver the baby,this was all due to the hospital not contacting the midwife until 2 hours after my son-in-law had phoned them.she is nearly 5 yrs old now. sue |

Searching parish records one birth was recorded as a hut on the beach!How sad was that. |

My hsuband knows someone who was born in the carpark in Sudbury near Harrow, where Wasps Rugby Club used to play. He was made an honorary life member! |

I was born between the bridges which makes me a true Enniskillen person(Enniskillen.N.Ireland)Actually I was born in the Erne Hospital which is built between the bridges but sounds good anyway. |
