help, is anyone on freeserve ?

These things are stored on your computer. You can export and import address books, messages and favorites in the file menu of both explorer and outlook express. They should fit on a floppy but you can use CDs or memory cards. You could attatch to an Email and send them to yourself (or some one else) Bob

hi dave, last time i did the floppy disc way. the hard drive thing i wouldnt know how to do. think its floppy again.lol.sue

Hi, I've got round it twice, 2 different ways 1) I transfered my old hard disc to the new computer 2) I saved my addresses to floppy I'm sure there are better ways maybe Judith in the states can help? xx Dave

hi, recently my computer 'died' got a replacement a couple of weeks ago from the insurance. this one is very very basic, so went silly today and bought a better one. when i retrieved my freeserve anytime account onto this computer [ the replacement one] none of my addresses or e mail history came on. tried the helpline,and they didnt seem to know anything ! how can i stop this happening again when i start up the one i bought today ? help, from a very computer illiterate sue.
