Funny you should say about The row boat song, we use to do it at weddings, all the women did it with the bride leading, my daughter saw us all on a video, what a laugh, we thought we looked good lol, well she is getting married next year and as we live in Canada she wants to get the song and learn the dance (or floor show) with her freinds, and surprise every one, but how on earth can I get hold of it, and I can not remember when to rock, clap or slap the floor help me some one please lol. And Mowtown has got to be the best.

Did no-one mention Agadoo? My grandaughter has a CD called, I think, Cheese Party. Some really good songs on there for getting people up to dance. She's 6 and loves getting up to dance to all the 'old' songs! I also remember doing the Rowing Song when pregnant and also doing the CanCan when I was 10 days overdue with my third baby and dressed as a vicar! The DJ was so worried he turned the music off! LOL Ah memories! My friend's husband wore false boobs that would make Pamela Anderson look like Twiggy! Just in case you were wondering - it was a Vicars and Tarts do! Those were the days! Sue

Judging from my party on Saturday night any Abba song or the Macarena seemed to work. Then there was also the Spice Girls and Cha Cha slide and... just a mo.... I think by the time this lot came on a few alcoholic refreshments had been consumed so perhaps it is the timing and not the song! Jacky:-)
