Went on tesco broadband monday, my blooming comp played up & windows had to be reloaded. I now cant get my men messenger & outlook express cannot be opened............. I get the error message MSOE. DLL could not be loaded.....I also have to reload my norton GGGrrrrroan !...getting really depressed.....Elaine x :o(((

When I went on BT Broadband, I had problems. The help team were very good trying to sort it. Then I found out it was Norton that was the problem. Got rid of Norton & every thing worked. Val from Sussex.

hi elaine i am waiting to see how others get on with the tesco broadband before upgrading, from their other package anytime which i don't have a problem with, maybe its just teething problems, though not good for you, miss your jokes, hope it gets better for you lol sandra
