How can we tell if person we want to contact is still using email given to GR will they be bounced back and will GR tell us? It may just be this person isnt interested how I wish people would reply even if its just to say ******* off dont bother me have had one of those also from an actual relation. chose your friends not your rellies comes to mind. This person has HOWE relations on site that I am sure are my mothers stepbrother & wife. anyway before you all forget my question and fall asleep any answers? sandra

Unfortunately, it depends on your/their ISP provider as to whether or not an undeliveable piece of mail is bounced back or not. It's not always a feature used by all ISP's. Judy

hi sandra 2 things take a look in view other trees and contacts as some people just open their trees without having the time to let you know, 2nd it is the summer and alot of people are on holiday i usually give a month and then send a follow up e mail. hope this helps you sandra

thanks sandra I never thought to check if there were new people on the trees no luck though. I did think about holidays but have sent 2 over a long period so guess I shall have to try another tack, sandra
