I am trying to find the family of my Grandfather John Edward Canavan he was from Effernogue, Ferns Co Wexford was born around 1904/05/06 and as far as I know he was a twin his fathers name was either James or Henry the information we have on him is very vague because he lost contact with his family when he married my grandmother and told his children very litlle about himself any help would be greatly appreciated or if anyone has any tips at all Thanks |

Hi Glynis Where is Effernogue, Ferns? I have had a look on the 1901 census and there are a few Henrys but no James. If you could tell me where his Father is likely to be living or born, I would be happy to have a look for you. Cheers - Chrissie |
