Brian She was in a coma, with a nervous disorder ( St Vitas Dance). and Inflammation of the membranous sac enclosing the heart(the Pericardium) Looked it up in the Dictionary David

I have seen the following written on a death certificate, can anyone tell me what the cause of death was? It was a 15 year old female in 1937. I (a) Coma (b) Chorea II Pericarditis P.M.
