Has anyone emailed GC about the fact that we cannot reply to an email directly in order to send images? If not I will as I am not happy with the new 'improvement'!! Lynne

Lynda I have been reading other threads that say ALL mail goes via GC and not to your personal inbox. As I have not contacted (or been contact by) anyone since the changes, I don't know if this happens to me. They are also saying that when you reply it does not go directly to the person but again goes via GC, so the only way you can gat mail is by logging into GC. Is that the way it works? Lynne

Lynne - obvious answer - try it out ! When someone sends you and email, you get a message in your personal inbox to say that you have mail. You then click the link on that email, or login to the site thnd go to the message centre. There's your mail. IF you reply, the person that sent it gets a similar mail in their personal mailbox, saying that they have a reply - they then login to the site to read it. If you want give someone your personal email address, you're allowed to do so - just put it in the text of your reply message. I know it sounds convuluted, but I've used it several times in the last 24 hours, and it works fine. Paul

Lynda I have just checked my GC Inbox and found an email from someone asking for a lookup which I offered on the boards yesterday. The message did not arrive in my personal inbox in Outlook. How are we supposed to know we have emails if we don't log on to GC for a few days? I am confused!! Lynne

Paul Thanks for that, but I did not receive the message in my personal inbox! Lynne
